Inside Molly's Diner Est. 1978
Where it started

A Diner Named
After a Daughter

Molly's Diner opened its doors in 1978 on a quiet corner of South Myrtle Street in Warren, Arkansas. Ronnie Higgins named it after his young daughter, Molly — and before long, the whole town knew the place by name.

It started as a simple operation: a grill, a coffee pot, and a promise that no one would leave hungry. That promise hasn't changed in more than forty years.

Today the diner is run by Brent Higgins, carrying on what his family started. Most of the recipes behind the counter — including every pie and cobbler — come straight from his grandmother Peggy's handwritten recipe book.

What We Stand For

Our Values

🍳

Made From Scratch

Real eggs, hand-breaded steaks, homemade biscuits, and gravy from a roux. Nothing comes out of a box here.

🤝

Everyone's Family

Regulars get their coffee poured before they order. Newcomers get the same warm welcome. That's how a diner should work.

☕

Bottomless Hospitality

Refills on coffee, extra butter for your biscuit, a slice of pie on the house when it's your birthday. Little things matter.

Grandma's Recipes

75% of the menu and 100% of the desserts come from Peggy Higgins' handwritten recipe book. We're not changing that.

"We're not trying to be fancy. We're trying to be the place where you know your waitress, your coffee is always hot, and the pie tastes like the one your grandma used to make."
